I don't know I might be with him on this one. Maybe he was going double the speed limit, reckless driving, evading. Charges add up fast. And instead of laying on the ground and/or putting his hands up
He looked as though he may posture up.
With a helmet on could get the upper hand.
I was rather impressed with the kung fu kick.
Probably learned that in training and was just itching to use it
Turns out this was about 5 mins away from my house.
The LEO was driving an unmarked car so the biker didn't even know it was the police when he sped around him.
The biker ended up with a broken clavicle, fractured ribs and other injuries.
He was awarded a total of $180K in damages.
My favorite part of the article is....
"State police, in a statement released Thursday night, said the agency 'is disappointed with the (trial) outcome and feels the actions of our troopers clearly did not violate established procedures or tactics.'
