As it should be, same as a drivers license. The Second Amendment applies to ALL 50 States. The right to protect and defend person and property should not stop at the State border.

You know, quite honestly, I think this is exactly how we fight these retard idealists. We've got to get the constitutional grounded representatives to start a flurry of pro-gun bills that start moving this whole gun debate discussion off of our 15 yard line and over into the opponents side of the damn field. We've been on the defense far too long!
