I built a rifle with this while still in MA, (that's why the stock is pinned with a roll pin) shot it once, roughly 200 rounds, and it's been sitting since then. Sold the upper a couple of months back. $200, you pay transfer at the FFL of your choice. Willing to drive an hour from the Bellevue area.
