Selling a complete upper from Palmetto State Armory. Barrel is CHF, chrome lined, chambered in 5.56 with a 1:7 twist and manufactured by FN. BCG is PSA's premium line and is mil spec. Charging handle is a take off from a Colt 6920. "F" marked FSB, Magpul rear sight. This unit has 40 rounds through it to verify function.
