I was enthusiastic fan of the AWA clone in 45. Took 4 trips back to mfger but finally it ran fast & sweet. Very fast. Original observation was the name came from the fact you could never tell when or if it was in a mood to actually function.
I knew a couple dozen in SASS trying to use various clones, few with reliability.
After mine was working proper, it was stolen.
