Curious as to what a collector thinks about the collectability of this particular piece.
Colt Government Model Delta Elite in 10mm satin stainless with less than 200 rounds threw it. Original box ,manual and 1 mag. from 1989 IMG_20140719_213401_848.jpg IMG_20140719_213211_966.jpg IMG_20140719_213528_096.jpg

    Thanks for the input, Rick

More specifically , is it more likely to be in a collection or on a want list?
    Thanks for the input!

Want IMO unless it's unfired and unmolested. It's worth $1000 ish

Might check the 1911forum and gunbroker to see what theyre listing for and what they're selling for.

    Beautiful pistol BTW.

1k is about right from all I've seen. They seem to be a little more popular but the truth is,those 1911 frames wouldn't hold up to the abuse of the 10mm rounds
So they are wall hangers not competition type shooters

Thanks ch139b :s0133:I may offer this up to a collector and get a new one.

    Back to the question asked......:s0092:
Considering as described, is it more likely to be in a collection or on a want list?
