I have owned both. It looks like a Colt LE6920 with an aftermarket rail system. I forgot this was for sale or I would have bought it over my M&P 15.

The 6920 doesn't have "AR-15 A3" rolled but rather has "COLT'S LAW ENFORCEMENT CARBINE"

AFAIK, "AR-15 A3" is the 6721... which is a 1/9 twist, 16" HBAR.

I said it looks like the 6920.

It clearly looks similar to a 6920, regardless.

Much like the 6920 this has the MP marked 1/7 twist M4 barrel not the 1/9 HBAR.
The hand guard is a JP and is top quality.

Sounds like a 6721 lower with a 6920 upper. What is the date stamp on the barrel (located under the hand guard)??
