Colt 9mm AR, Whats a fair price?

Following up my other string, I have learned there are a couple ways to sell this and I think the easiest is to seperate the upper and lower and sell seperately. This is a COLT AR-15 9mm with 7" Colt upper that was most likely converted from 16". The lower is stamped SMG and stamped Auto by the selector. The drop in sear that came with is not for sale. The serial number starts TA07xxx and there is no sear block. Barrel shows little wear and gun appears damn near new.

What is a fair price for the upper and then the lower? Sold seperately of course. Any information much appreciated.
