This pistol was for sure used in ww1 and Vietnam, so there is a VERY good chance it was used in ww2 and Korea as well!!

Also I forgot to add that it will come with 4 or 5 mags I can't remember exactly how many I have. They are all period correct though, they are the ones without the lanyard loops.

Here is the picture of the armorers serial number for when the pistol was put into service. If you have ever been in the military you know that all pistols have a secondary serial number engraved on them once they are put into service. All the older ones anyways, the newer ones they haven't been doing that with.

Will also come with 4 mags and from what I was told 3 original lead nosed service rounds!!

This has both character and history. The mistque behind these old war guns is what I love about them. The fact that this weapon my have saved a life by taking another and the stories it coulld tell if only it could talk amaze me. Then throw in that it is almost 100 years old and still works like it rolled off the factory line is truly a statement for colt firearms!!!

Deal fell through, pistol is still up for grabs guys!! I'm really looking for an ar-10, savage .338 lapua, ar-15 I would prefer one from black rain but any one that is nice and not a franken-ar or a sportster version (without dust cover and forward assist) I would take into consideration!! This isn't life or death for me to get rid of the pistol so please if you don't have a decent trade offer or cash offer don't waste my time.

If your interested in a cash price send me a message and we can discuss it!! You can always text me at 541-404-8876, it will be a lot easier to get ahold of me that way!!

I'm on my way up to Portland now so if any of you guys that threw me offers out there would like to see the pistol let me know. I have it with me and will be up there till Tuesday morning. My phone # is 541-404-8876 call or text and we can set something up!!! Look forward to meeting you guys!!

Can't tell from the photo's but, the first two pics looks like the grips are scured with tork screws. Are the grips orignal? Last pic looks like slotted screws. Were screws and grips changed?
