Fixed Color of Reaction name in Alerts has poor contrast in Dark Mode

In the Alerts dropdown, and on the Alerts page, the font color for the type of Reaction is black, which doesn't contrast well with the dark grey background when display mode is set to Northwest Firearms Dark Mode. In the attached image, look for the text "Useful Info" for an example. The datetime also changes to black when you roll over it.

I'm going to deal with that annoying date mouse-over color change too, but it won't be pushed out until the next update.
