(a) No person shall assemble a semiautomatic rifle or any shotgun using more than 10 of the imported parts listed in paragraph (c) of this section if the assembled firearm is prohibited from importation under section 925(d)(3) as not being particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes.

So this should not affect a US made ar-15
It only applies to guns that are banned from import.
 
So you import them as "pistols" (aka my Draco's) and convert them to SBR's... then "observe" the 922R parts... I don't recall seeing "made in Romania" on any of the internals, so the burden of proof would be on the BATF to prove they are... that is, if they even care about the "little guy". :rolleyes:
