What are the (general) dimensions of this when it is open and setup? And, is it sturdy enough to support my big a$$ (260, give or take a doughnut or two)?

It is 4' long, about 35" wide. bench is 18" off the ground. table top is 34" off the ground.

I like doughnuts. I'd say it can handle your weight and then some. Here is a picture of the bench support piece.
