I voted from my laptop and looked at the results before and after on the desktop. The number of NO votes didn't change when I voted but it's 68% no and 32% yes now.

Look at the above quote. Clearly if the election doesn't turn out how you wanted/expected it to it was the result of fraud. It's funny how this seems to happen in egypt, CAR, DR Congo, and just about every other third-world craphole. Coming soon to a polling place near you!
