House Cleaning time ~ CMMG .22lr conversion kit.

Drop in conversion kit - no need for a dedicated .22 AR15 upper. Simple and quick. Make sure the weapon is unloaded, push the rear take-down pin and slide out, pivot the lower, pull back the charge handle half way, remove the .223 bolt carrier group, insert the .22 conversion BCG, re-mate the upper and lower, install the .22LR mag, and go. All of about 30 seconds.

I bought it new and ran about 100 rounds through it before selling the AR. It's been in storage for the past few months and is like new. It's the upgraded stainless model which is easy to keep clean. No FTF's or jambs experienced.

Great fun and cheap to shoot now that .22LR ammo is available and prices have dropped. Includes a PVC sleeve to protect it when in your range bag.

Perhaps.

I'm currently looking for a Ruger 10/22 dating to the first two years of production. Also looking for a ca. 1952 or earlier Marlin 39.
