I've talked with him at several ARPC fun shows. Wish I would have bought the FA Uzi he had for $6900 when I first saw it. I don't know what he charges for a class 3 transfer, which is what the OP is looking for if he's looking to get a suppressor shipped here from out of state.

Thoma does a lot of business and has the best reputation I know of. His partner is a suppressor specialist who builds suppressed guns, Tom Denal. You will never find men of better character when it comes to business.

I'm pretty sure chunky milk and I use the same guy. If so, he's awesome to deal with. Unlike shops he's watching for the paperwork to arrive and notifies you right away, He's rates are lower then anywhere else I've seen, and he let me pick up a item after normal hours or on a weekend.
