Please explain to me how , turning in your firearm is going to do anything to:
Stop crime from happening ...
Because we all know that all those guys who make a living robbing liquor stores and jacking cars will turn in the tools of their trade for $50. Duh! What needs to be explained?

It seems that my postings here , are misunderstood by some.

What you quoted here...
Was for the man in the article , who thought that by turning in his .22 that had been "laying around for a while"...
would somehow "do something" or stop crime.
A man who by the sound of it...ain't the problem , like criminals.


Since I am damn tired of repeating myself here in this thread....
