Not even that...pure beginner got whatever gun he stole or bought from one of his banger homeboys, a .22.

They need to have a thug school where these guys are taught some basic gun calibers, and give them a couple boxes of ammo and human size target. Get 6 of 10 in the kill zone and you get some kind of street cred badazz card, instead of all this wounding and winging and these azzhats walking away from what should be a put them down with one shot situation.
