Easy Way to Reduce Soreness After Exercise
Pickle juice works great too.. but I won't drink any with artificial stuff in it. Apple cider vinegar too, but it tastes barfy, even diluted
Any form of apples with plenty of H2O will generally take care of these cramps, to prevent these cramps it is best to get active early, work ones self into a regular exercise program, especially walking, since in any kind of disaster a person will be doing lot of walking, get the body use to those treks of 2 or 3 miles at a time and to where the thought of a ten mile does not panic to ones mind.
