i've bought mags from them in the past, which were great prices.... in the past. now? holy hell.
glad i bought in the past... likely won't be again.

Screw them. They haven't been "cheaper than dirt" in a long time - and this really is a lot higher than fair market value for the product. Some people will pay - but not I. That's *almost* as bad as the buck-a-round Wolff I've seen advertised some places.

Somebody who is Facebook savy Needs to start CheaperThanPriceGouging page. Seems the only to get a point across anymore.

All people need to do is 'like' it.

Just say'in

SF-

Ha! Good laugh, $1.00 a round plus shipping most likely. I liked the Boycott Cheaper Than Dirt FB page. I dont have a problem with a company raising prices marginally due to a supply and demand issue. But thats just crazy.

I bought some Aquila 60g 22 subsonic from them recently ONLY because they were the only source I could find anywhere that had them in stock. 1:9 10/22 - needed them.

What is Price Gouging?

A good quote from it,
In a free-market system, of course, no profits are "unreasonable," and supporters of free-market capitalism point out that raising prices on goods in high demand is simply a savvy business move.

Capitalism.... accept it or move to a socialist state where the government controls pricing.

In a free market society you can legally charge whatever you want for an item or service you have to offer, it is up the buyer or consumer to decide whether or not they are going to pay it.

Now this is only my opinion but I am betting that CTD has determined that they are going to be driven out of business by the goobernment and has decided to sell everything for the highest price the market will bear, and when it is all gone take cash and run.

heck walamrt, costco, samsclub all have raised their prices higher and higher and the consumer has continued to pay it, no I do not think it is a fair price, but what is a fair a fair price is what the seller desides to sell it at based on market conditions.

BTW, I was at Walmart a couple of hours ago and they were raising their prices on ammo, I asked the gal is that a few select or everything, she said everything, I am not enjoying this anymore than you are paying it, but I am changing the price on everything listed whether it is here or not.

I guess they figured since they cannot keep it on the shelves and no one in the gooberment cares how mush we have to and people will pay it or do without.
