As the title states, I am looking to buy a 0.22 handgun ASAP in Oregon. For Taurus PT22, I am not looking to spend too much and for the Walter P22 and Sig Mosquito, I would like to spend only between 200-275. Thanks!

I think you will either need to spend a little more or look at other firearms maybe a Ruger they do a really good job and I have owned the P22 and mosquito and prefer a ruger MK series over them
