Charter Arms Bulldog for 9mm or .40

Have a friend who wants to trade his Charter Arms Bulldog .44 spl for a 9mm or 40cal handgun. It doesn't matter if it's full size or compact.

The revolver is stainless with a matt finish. He has the original box, paperwork and a box of 50 rounds for it. He put 50 rounds through it after he bought it and hasn't fired it since.

Not exactly sure what he's looking for, but as a guess, I'd say something that he can carry concealed and use as a duty weapon if need be.
