Charles Daly shotgun

A friend at work wants to sell me a 12 gauge Charles Daly tactical shotgun with 250 rounds for 210. He says it says mossberg on the receipt. Can anyone verify that mossberg made a shotgun for Charles Daly. One way or another 210 for a shotgun and 250 rounds seems like a good deal, but I have not handled it yet so just looking for feed back.

charles daly no longer exist, but I don't think they had any relationship with mossberg. however, they had relationship with browning and remington.
