I'm not sure if you're aware of this store, academy.com, I was able to order a few lbs of the powder you're looking for, keep an eye on it on a daily basis, their shipping rate is excellent.
Another one is midsouthshooterssupply.com, they had 8lbs earlier this week but between shipping, tax, and hazmat, I opted to go to academy instead.
