    Consumer Electronics Show.

Remember 2 years ago, the Linux rifle. Well - Aiming System attached to rifle powered by Linux.

Was updated at back at CES
" by "better" I mean able to hit a target traveling at 30 mph, 1,800 yards out."

And this years model is half the cost. Down from a new base Corolla, to a Used Car.

When it's $300, looks like a regular scope and lets me shoot 25/25 on the Trap range I'm in. :D

Really 8 grand is a bargain. You could easily spend that on a conventional rifle and optic trying to make comparable shots. It really is only good for military applications though. What fun is target shooting when hitting the bullseye is the computers win?:s0015:

Mate it up with this system

    This one from 2008:

You'll note the standard available security cam mounted just under the demo weapon.

Now you have a security perimeter out to a mile.

So it tells where the bullet will strike.
Doesn't it still require a steady hold on target. And trigger control?

That's not easy. If it was, everybody would be a good shot.;)
