The NVG course with Dufrense went 8hrs...starting at 4pm and getting done at 2am

Wasn't the first day of the Weaponized Geometry 12hrs albeit a lot of sitting around (unless you were playing the bad guy) between scenarios due to the nature of the class?

Lastly there's the mental side...how much info can a person take in before they want to raise their hand and ask..can I be excused, my brain is full?


I can still go 8-10hrs, but not all students can...so I'm game on doing a 1/2 day pistol - 1/2 day rifle if your family and friends are.

Information overload is a thing for sure. When the eyes are going glossy the ol' noodle is just about full.

We did 10-12hrs a day. Yep, a lot of sitting around especially on day 2, but was all good getting to know everyone.

Like I said I was just throwing the combo class out there.
I would love to be able to go train at Cerberus more.
But I'm driving 4 1/2 hours one way hotel for 2 nights gas food ammo pay for 2 classes.
That adds up to around 1200 bucks for a week end.
A one day combo class would save people like me a little bit of money.

I could or bring Mel's trailer but the extra gas and hassle of dragging the trailer down.
Defeats that.
Even if he had a one day combo class it would really only save me the price of another night in the hotel.
Now that I think about it.

We got some time to think about stuff.
I'm going back in May .
Any fishing open on the coast in May.
If so we could go do classes then head to the coast for a few days.
Just do a round trip vacation.
I'm still spit balling here.

The Presscheck No-Fail Pistol Course (2 Days) is designed to equip patrol and tactical officers with the skills to make high risk / high reward pistol shots in critical situations.
