    Unfortunately I learned in Oregon we cannot do the same. Only when a life is threatened can deadly force be used, even in your own home. I think the Oregon law means we put all lives, including criminals, above properties. I like this from a humanitarian point of view. But I would hate to watch my stuff being taken away and not able to stop it.

    Well I tell ya,old people sometimes die after breaking their hips,so I would be fearful of my wife's life if someone pushed her to the ground.
    Oh and he raised his foot as if he was going to kick her in the head,just before I planted him
