< Why they don't have school shootings in Israel.
Notice the long gun slung over the teachers shoulder?

WA RCW's use "And/or" and "On/In" as a direct descriptive. Unless it says "On and In", it's NOT On and In.

.280 is pretty clear that unless certain exemptions are applied (none of which 99% of us get), there will be NO firearms allowed IN school buildings, regardless of exclusive use or not.

(1) It is unlawful for a person to carry onto, or to possess on, public or private elementary or secondary school premises, school-provided transportation, or areas of facilities while being used exclusively by public or private schools:

Yep, it is pretty clear, unless the school is being used EXCLUSIVELY by the school then guns are not prohibited on school property if you have a CPL.
But I'm not going to be a test case either!

I am not an Internet attorney, so I cannot offer you advice. But let me say this (a fact): Many of us carry, ESPECIALLY during church services.

I could not, and do not, worry about silly laws that establish "gun free zones." There. I said it. I will protect myself and my family. Church or otherwise.

When it comes to federal facilities (those with metal detectors), I just don't go there. Or publicly funded boondoggles (aka stadia).
