I'm late in seeing your request. Check the Headlight Herald . There is a course offered regularly thru this paper and is held at the Shilo inn.

I did mine through Shaun Curtain, looks like he has one in Tillamook on June 6. He does both Oregon and Utah; he'll take care of the photo and fingerprinting for Utah; just add your check and stamps to the envelope he gives you and you're good to go. For the Oregon part, he'll provide you with the form for the county he's teaching the class with, though his knowledge of some of the local procedures may be outdated.

I took the Shaun Curtain class for $80.
Then I got the Utah with the additional Utah fees and got the Oregon with the additional Oregon fees.

What I could have done to save some money :

1) Used this online class plus the Oregon fee to get the Oregon CHL.
Online Training

2) Walked in and got my Washington CHL at Clark County Sheriff's Office.
It was about a 6-7 day wait with no class required.

3) Might not ever need the Utah, so I could have passed on that.

Important note:
My Utah CHL was NOT ACCEPTED for a Washington handgun transfer.
I was glad I had my WA CHL

For my purposes, had I known all of the above, I probably would have gone a different route.
