I know it's not required, but there are laws against prohibited persons owning body armor. It's more for my peace of mind than anything else.

I don't need the buyer to run a BC to buy these, just some kind of ID or document that proves they can pass one. CHL, LE, or military ID, or a gun purchase receipt, etc. I don't need a copy, I just need to see it.

(Edit: For context, someone had previously inquired as to why I need proof the buyer can pass a BC.)
