Me to, but at 180HP or 235HP for the high performance 273. Meh!:)
That may be, but you know trucks prefer low end torque right?
And you know that 180HP 273 made 260 ft/lbs of torque at only 1,600 RPM right?
The 4.7 is impressive, but it doesn't get to its torque peak until 3.600 RPM. :p

I'm driving an older 3.9L/5sp magnum Dakota currently and love it, but I hear the 4.7 is a pretty good engine.

Back in the day I had every version of the 273 they ever made. I loved that little engine. They were almost indestructible.
I had them in various Darts, Barracudas a Valiant wagon and a D100 with a 3-on-the-tree!
