Can't stay logged in on my ipad

i down loaded the newest iPad ios from Apple 8.1. Still can't stay logged when I log in.
Even if I log in for rifle classified and leave it open and try to go to say handgun, I still have log in again.

And nwfa is the only site where it will not remember my sign in info.

Any help would be great.

Is any one else here is having the same problem with their iPad?

I have a message on my screen that says

"Your account set up is 80% complete"
I don't know what else I can do to change that
