cant find any place to shoot

I'm not sure how many of you are from the medford/jacksonville area, but any suggestions would help. I thought it'd be easy since I'm surrounded by mountains but I'm having no luck. The closest I found was resevour rd but 500 feet passed the homes was a "no shooting for 3 miles" sign so I drove in about 2 miles and turned around due to terrain and my car being a piece of junk. If anyone has any suggestions with realistic directions I'd really appreciate it. I also went to the range but there's an orientation I gotta go to first and I got a fresh piece I need to break in!

I have a friend down in the eagle point area and if i'm not mistaken there is a public range down in that area.
