Hello all
Just curious on Cannon safes. Anyone have any issues with their safes. I bought mine from Tractor Supply November 25th. I set up, and noticed paint was peeling off. I decided to tape off spot and Krylon ove peeled part. I also called this great USA company and complain about the paint peeling, got the lovely middle eastern tech center. Will Send paint in 10-15days. Woohoo.

So I put a Dehumidifier rod in, tape cord to back of safe so I wouldnt crush cord. I hear clunk, tape peels off, along with paint (WTF?). Paint over and call it good. I also emailed, 12/20 (No Response as of today). So give me your take on the great safe. My Bighorn has been doing perfect for 6yrs.

Hello LIberty Safes

Thanks

Take it back or push the issue.

I have one and paint was fine. It also wasn't one from Tractor Supply and was drop shipped to my door by R&L carriers.

5 years later it looks like new still.

I have a newer (less than 5 years old) Costco cannon safe, it is made of thick tinfoil. What the heck it works ok in my shop as a spare for in work projects.
Not very impressed with it but for the $100 I paid for it second hand I figure that if the locking mechanism fails I can easily cut it open like a friend had to do with his chinese Cannon.
