They can, they are in a restricted class and only available under specific regulations etc. They can be just like ours here but it's just the ownership that's difficult.

Requires permission to own, sell, buy and even travel with.

The number represents less than 0.5 percent of the estimated 15 million or more firearms owned by Canada's 2.2 million police-approved shooters.

15 million firearms on the restricted list held by 2.2 million individuals. That is 7 per individual on average. The US citizens need to step up their game.

So he's going after black rifles to distract from the recent revelations of him wearing "brown/black face" on no less than three documented past occasions...... we see you for what you are, you little beatch. o_O
