Can you help me with my Ameriglo fiber optic sight?

I ordered two sets of ameriglo fiber optic sights one has a red fiber optic front sight the other has a yellow. I want to replace both front sights with a green fiber optic rod. Can anybody tell me what size fiber optic rod I need to replace my front sight? Ameriglo doesn't have any replacement rod options on their website. Is it a 0.060"/1.5mm or 0.040"/1mm or some other dimension any information would be helpful thank you!

Very late to this thread ... but ...

If you don't have access to quality calipers to measure yourself contacting yhe manufacturer directly is usually the best route. I'd just give them a call.

Ameriglow makes great sights by the way.

If you don't have calibers, you can see what size drill bit fits and then use a unit conversion online.

I was able to speak to an ameriglo rep " The fiber is .060". So hopefully it helps anybody needing to replace an Ameriglo sight
