Can you be drunk and carry legally?

if you think alcohol is going to make you commit a crime with your gun, the alcohol is probably not your problem. in years of hard drinking and even occasional fighting, and ALWAYS carrying, i never once even considered shooting anyone.

if you're that turnable, you should probably not carry to begin with.

The last "drunk" guy with a gun I met, handed me his CCW's clip in a crowded bar to show me he was proud of carrying, but he left his weapon well hidden.

Impaired judgement + Capability of Lethal force = Not good.

Legal to carry? probably. Unless you then display your weapon publically, start waving it around, making veiled threats.

Personally, I'm a teetotaler. (not by choice, I get hung over within 1-2 hours of even a small drink )
