Can someone recommend a good concrete person/company?

Hey all, we tore down our old shed and bought a prefab 40' x 60' steel shop. We have foundation plans for it along with shop plans. Pretty straight forward. And it's on flat ground with easy access. I've gotten some pretty insane bids because I think concrete companies are busy with their normal workload. I get it. But does anyone know of a concrete guy or company starting out that would want to do this job?
