Can one be so lucky. Bullet/case runout

So I got my RCBS case master setup today and checked bullet runout and case neck concentricity and everything is pretty much spot in. Barely a half thou on the worst and perfectly concentric on the best. Can someone really be this lucky or is this a fluke. Only checked a handful of 223 so far and haven't checked any 308 yet. Being in the industry of measuring and quality this seems like quite a fluke to me.
