Can i shoot on NF45/ Memaloose trail estacada?

Hey everyone im heading out to estacada tomorrow and was wondering if i can still shoot on NF45 or memaloose trail? Ive read tons of stuff online about how i can shoot there or cant shoot there until ive drove 7 miles up nf45. Anyways if anybody can clear this up with a deffinate yes or no as to weather or not i can shoot in that area i would greatly appreciate it. Im very friendly and keep the environment clean so dont worry about me leaving a mess because i will be leaving with my mess and others left messes lol. Please help. thank you all for your time,

I think the big thing with Memaloose is that they do not want you shooting near the trails. If you drive up a ways you will see a big rock quarry, shoot on that all day and you will be fine. Have fun and make sure to pick up your crap!
