Can I resize larger?

I have two .32acp Pistols, one is .313 the other .309 finding the right bullets is difficult. Can I resize some .313 cast to .314? what about .312 jacketed to .309? I also have some Tokarev .308's can I bump these up to .309?

You can bump up with the proper equipment. Have you considered trying powder coating? I am pretty sure you can add .002-.004 with 2 coats of harbor freight red. You could probably get them up to size with the hi tek coating also.

Jacketed can be sized down in steps. Have to be careful not to separate the jacket from the core.
