can bp revolvers be sold ftf across oregon/wa lines ?

    the rules on bp percussion stuff are pretty lax,and I"m thinking I can sell mine to an oregon resident,ftf,but would like to hear from an FFL on this.

    I"m in wa and need to know wheter to list it here as or sale or or/wa sale

    You can have those mailed straight to your house, no FFL required. Take a look at Cabellas, they'll ship that right to you!

    My understanding was that it varies state to state. BP is not considered a firearm to the feds, so they don't care what happens with them. Some states consider BP to be firearms and will regulate them as such. AFAIK WA considers BP to be antique and exempt from most regulation, not sure on OR though.
