Can anyone recommend a good electrician in the Portland Area?

I have an extremely small electrical job for an electrician in the Portland Area. It'll probably take them five or less minutes to figure it out, but it has me stumped. Can anyone recommend a good one that won't charge me an arm & a leg for such a small job? Thanks!
