I have the lower too. There was an issue with the bolt when I tried to assemble the rifle.

How to Assemble

Looks like you have a fully assembled upper but the picture is dark and I don't know that for sure.

Yes @Sporting Systems has a bench if I am not mistaken. My guess is they are busy as hell since 1639 passed.
