No...32 winchester has large rimmed case like 30/30....32 remington does not have large rim .

This is actually kindave a strange question, but while no the two are not compatible directly, but you can make .32 remington brass from .32 winchester special (or .30-30 brass also) by turning off the rim and instead turning a proper sized head. But you can't go the other way. The cases are close, but it should go without saying, not interchangeable cartridges.

I knew you use the same reloading data for each cartridge but i wasn't sure about firing a 32 rem in a 32 win. Thanks for your help.

the two cartridges are nearly identical in terms of dimensions, the main difference between them is the 32 Rem is a rimless (or was it a semi-rimmed) and the .32 Win SPL is a rimmed case. The .32 Win Spl is essentially a .30-30 necked up (or the .30-30 is a necked down). There are a number of cartridges from the turn of the century which shared the rim and OAL of these cartridges, namely .38-55, .32-40, .375 Winchester, and a few others that don't come to mind. Interestingly, IIRC the .32 Rem is very similar to the .30 Rem (which is a .30-30 with the rim turned off also) but is the parent cartridge for the new 6.8SPC (also being developed by remington). Just like the .338 Lapua having the .416 Rigby as a parent, it's funny how old ideas sometimes come back around in new incarnations.
