No lead ammo only for hunting AFAIK. You should be able to bring in magazines that are more than 10 rounds. You bought them during Freedom Week or prior to the ban.

I'm not a lawyer, and the law on large cap magazines is a little tricky with the Benitez ruling. Wouldn't it be a hardship on the firearms owner if he has to buy a different set of magazines based on the state he enters?

"At the present moment, the stay in the court ruling means that gun owners cannot buy large capacity magazines. But they can keep the magazines if they currently own them." From Penal Code 32310 PC - Large Capacity Magazines - California Law
 
Hardship or not, the state does actively prosecute people they catch importing mags into the state. The injunction against that law is stayed (frozen) and does not currently provide permission to do so. Sure somebody could attempt a 2A defense to criminal charges but there aren't any guarantees that would succeed.
