From CRPA press release
PERSONAL DATA OF CCW HOLDERS "ACCIDENTALLY" RELEASED

Coincidence?

Just days after last week's NYSRPA v Bruen ruling was released, Attorney General Rob Bonta's new data portal made public (for at least some period of time) the personal data of every CCW holder in the state, including drivers license numbers, addresses, and much more. Those impacted include law enforcement, judges, and anyone else who has chosen to legally arm themselves for self-defense...like rape and domestic violence victims.

As of this email, the AG's office has not formally responded to the breach or provided any information on if it has been fully controlled or even who was impacted. The timing of the breach, coming as Gov. Newsom, AG Bonta, and others scramble to thwart the 2A rights roundly affirmed by the Supreme Court last week, is suspicious at the very least.

This unconscionable breach is precisely why CRPA and our members vehemently opposed AB 173 last fall and will continue fighting that law and other violations of your rights!

Much more to come on this....

And.....in the name of CHOICE.

Aloha, Mark

PS......FYI, the NAZIs also used the gun ownership/registration files too. Rrrrrright....... to target the "undesirables and those who were enemies of the state/politically opposed to their rule."

BUT, But, but.......we Americans should ALWAYS trust the Government. Rrrrrright?

Well, it looks like somebody ought to doxx him and his family's address.

What an unadulterated bass-hole. That's just not right! This is the guy who whats to administer political and ideological tests for cc permits.

For transparency they should also release the addresses, email, and phone numbers of all elected and high level appointed government officials

Saw that. Ended up writing a comment:

No, this wasn't incompetence. I'm in tech - automated marketing…deal with lots of systems, data, and PII… There is a CCW database. That system shouldn't be allowed to export or give API access to PII. The fact that it appears that whole tables were exported means intention. The fact that the recipient system has a data structure capable of taking PII means intention. The fact that the web interface had a god damn toggle to display/hide PII means intention.

Not only was this intentional - not a single person from developer to team lead to executive sponsor saw fit to stop the data xfer of PII. That means the xfer was all a part of the plan.

I think he's just upset because he is going to lose all of the gun-related lawsuits and have them all decreed unconstitutional! Magazine ban, assault weapon ban etc. Just another leftist tool!
