I hope so, better start buying .17 and .22 in bulk so I can stock the cabin. Maybe leave a brick on the pillow when someone rents itI see sage rats becoming an endangered species.

Lake county is one of the better counties to work with, it is easy to get a land use permit. It's in the hands of my buddy who is an architect, should have plans in a couple weeks and then headed to the county to see how much a pain in the butt they can make this.

that will be a nice size cabin with a porch for setting watching the sunsets!
are you going to build it on pier blocks?
Cabin will be 20'x24' with 8'x24' covered front porch. I have a few friends that will be helping with the build and should go fairly fast. They all work for beer so it will cut down on the cost of labor.
Kinda got put on hold for a couple weeks, my wife is due on saturday. My buddy has plans drawn up and getting them stamped and submitted next week. Should have a firm start date in a month or soany updates on the cabin project?
