Cabela’s Hawken Black Powder Rifle, Left-handed

Hi all,

This was a buy from a family friend's estate. Relatively unused Traditional Hawken, madeby Investarms in Italy, walnut stock, brass fittings. Mild safe rash (see photos) but fantastic blue and no notable damage.

.54 Caliber, left-handed. Ramrod is intact with no cracks.

These make great shooters , hunting rifles and are "rendezvous approved" at most events...
Plus its a Lefty...don't see these too often.

I have this exact rifle in 50 cal. right handed, but I'm left handed. My dad bought it for me when I was 13. I won a 100 yard rendezvous competition with the rifle with Speer .495 round ball over a dry lube .010 patch and 63 grains of triple F black powder when I was 16. 3 of the 5 shots made a lucky 3 leaf clover in the 10 ring, and other two in the 9 ring. Still have and love that gun. Also shot my first Whitetail with it as well. Yours is in much better shape and probably a great shooter!
