    These are the best type of Spring Rolls ever. I like mine with Rice Wine Vinegar and Pepper Flake dipping sauce, Yumi !!!!

    I do use rice wine vinegar and oyster sauce in with the spring rolls. For dipping I use Sweet chili sauce or as it's know in my household "liquid crack!"

    Thanks Jamie! and no I worked in a restaurant in High School, that was enough to teach me what I didn't want to do with my life.
