These are the best type of Spring Rolls ever. I like mine with Rice Wine Vinegar and Pepper Flake dipping sauce, Yumi !!!!
I would kill for some good Lumpia right now.
I do use rice wine vinegar and oyster sauce in with the spring rolls. For dipping I use Sweet chili sauce or as it's know in my household "liquid crack!"
