handle is fixed...not removable, unless you cut it off

Anything special about it (new grip, trigger job, etc)? How many rounds fired? Has it ever been cleaned? Why are you selling it?

The special thing about it is...its preban, everything is Bushmaster stock. Only
150 rounds thru it and it shot flawlessly. I have several AR and a Sig 556 so I'm
reducing some of my collections. It has been cleaned...I clean my rifles/guns after every session.

What is different on a Pre-ban model?

You can do anything to a preban and still be legal...if you modify a postban rifle
can make the rifle illegal.

The ban is over so it doesn't matter any more you can have flash shrouds and bayonets on any gun

that is partly true...a true preban is one that was made before 1986, and has a cut out for a drop in auto sear. Before anyone ask...I dont have any autosear for sale.
